THURSDAY: Aurora Noctua discusses their recent exhibit at Grady Goods on Artists Talk with LVA on WXOX 97.1 FM at 10 AM.
THURSDAY: Rescheduled from last week: Hite Institute at the University of Louisville hosts a Book Talk and Reception for Jennifer Sichel and her book, Criticism Without Authority: Gene Swenson's and Jill Johnston's Queer Practices. At the Schneider Hall Galleries with a reception from 5:30-6 pm, and a talk from 4:30-5:30 pm.
THURSDAY: Tonight from 6 - 8 pm, the opening of Hite Institute MA candidate Kathryn Brooks’ Thesis Exhibition After Precarity takes place at 21c Museum Hotel in Louisville.
FRIDAY: Grady Goods + Artpunk Gallery hosts an opening reception of Love Me / Love Me Not: the good, the bad, & the ugly of luv - works by William David Pollard tonight from 6 -8 pm

SATURDAY: Revelry Gallery opens Tiny Art, Big Heart: the Fifth Annual Valentine’s Show tonight from 6 - 9 pm.
SATURDAY: Preston Arts Center today from 2-4, hosts the opening reception of their Teacher Show in their Gallery Upstairs. Twelve teachers will have their work on display and will likely be at the reception to speak to you about their process.
SUNDAY: A WATERCOLOR SHOW opens at the Roberta Marx Gallery, featuring 14 Watercolor Artists from the tri-state area,, with an opening beginning at 12:30 pm.

Black Girls, Butterflies, & the Magic of Dreams opened at the Kentucky Center for African American Heritage.

The Cultural Arts Center in New Albany is showing Estuary: a Staff and Community Artist Showcase. This exhibit features the artwork of Floyd County Library and Cultural Arts Center staff artists Josh Bleecker, Al Gorman, Jessica Hartman, Bethany Parrish, and Daniel Vance, as well as Fred DiGiovanni, Hannah Durham, and Matt McDermott of the museum’s Artists Roundtable Feedback Group.
