Kentucky Opera Artwork RFQ

opera of Kentucky and serves communities across the Commonwealth and southern Indiana.
Jack's Lantern Trail: Call for Artists
The Parks Alliance of Louisville is building a roster of illustrators and carvers to create the artwork at the heart of Jack's Lantern Trail, our annual fall experience at Iroquois Park. The Trail this year runs Thursday, October 1 through Sunday, November 1, 2026, where the pumpkins are the star of the show and the pumpkin artists are the star power.
Up to $180 per completed pumpkin Deadline to apply: August 7th
AC Hotel Rotating Exhibition
LVA, in association with AC Hotels provide an opportunity to local artists for installation on the first and second floor lobby of the AC Hotel in the Nulu neighborhood. Artists of all mediums are encouraged to apply. (Fall call is out now.)
ART IN CITY HALL
The Louisville Metro Government, Metro Council, and Louisville Visual Art (LVA) invite artists to submit 2-dimensional works of art for consideration for display in the Art in City Hall exhibition. (The call for 2027 will be issued November 30, 2026)
Bill Fischer Award for Visual Artists
The Bill Fischer Award for Visual Artists is now a $10,000 cash prize designed to make a meaningful impact on the career of a visual artist residing in the Louisville Metro Area.
2026 Ohio Valley Biennial Juried Exhibition
