Artist Resource Series 2: Grant Writing 101

  • Louisville Visual Art 1538 Lytle Street Louisville, KY, 40203 United States (map)

Led by Mary Bainbridge

The second session of the Artist Resource Series, Grant Writing 101, will help artists develop practical skills for identifying funding opportunities and creating stronger grant applications.

Led by Mary Bainbridge of Bainbridge Grants, LLC, the session draws on her extensive experience in grant writing, fundraising, and nonprofit management. Mary has written grant applications ranging from $5,000 to $5 million for foundation, corporate, and government funders and has generated more than $7 million in funding for nonprofits and universities throughout Louisville and the Commonwealth.

Each two-hour session includes a presentation, a Q&A shaped by attendee questions, and time for networking and community building over light refreshments.

Registration is free but required. If you cannot attend in person, you can register to receive a recording of the session afterward.

This workshop is part of Louisville Visual Art’s Artist Resource Series, made possible with support from the Great Meadows Foundation.
