THURSDAY: Painter Valtcho Tonov and new Kentucky Opera CEO Ben Robinson discuss the production of All is Calm and Valtcho’s exhibit there on Artists Talk with LVA on WXOX 97.1 FM at 10 a.m.

FRIDAY: Revelry Gallery opens a group show, Tattered: Tattooers Doing Art, tonight from 6 - 9 pm.

FRIDAY: Wheelhouse Art opens History of Flower Arrangements, a solo exhibition by Carlos Gamez de Francisco. There will be a reception tonight from 6- 8 pm, with a conversation with the artist at 7 pm.

Maybe It’s Fate presents Echoes from Lebanon, a multimedia installation that explores memory, displacement, and the unseen aftermath of conflict. Created by filmmaker Evan Mascagni, who is of Lebanese descent, the piece uses photography and video to confront the dehumanization of war and its devastating toll on the most vulnerable.
