2026 Ohio Valley Biennial Juried Exhibition
A juried exhibit that gives a snapshot view of the artists in the surrounding area. Application is Now Open. Deadline to apply: July 13, 2026.
Bill Fischer Award for Visual Artists
The Bill Fischer Award for Visual Artists is now a $10,000 cash prize designed to make a meaningful impact on the career of a visual artist residing in the Louisville Metro Area. (The recipient of the 2026 Fischer Award will be announed during Art[squared] on June 11, 2026)
AC Hotel Rotating Exhibition
LVA, in association with AC Hotels provide an opportunity to local artists for installation on the first and second floor lobby of the AC Hotel in the Nulu neighborhood. Artists of all mediums are encouraged to apply. (Fall call will be out August 3, 2026)
ART IN CITY HALL
The Louisville Metro Government, Metro Council, and Louisville Visual Art (LVA) invite artists to submit 2-dimensional works of art for consideration for display in the Art in City Hall exhibition. (The call for 2027 will be issued November 30, 2026)
