What do you hope your students take away from your class?
I hope all my students take away an appreciation of the different types of Art styles and the use of different mediums. A knowledge of the elements and principles of art and design, and the confidence in knowing that they are talented and creative students equipped to produce wonderful and exciting Art pieces.
What is your favorite thing to teach and why?
My favorite things to teach are the elements and principles of art and design as well as teaching students to critique their own art pieces. It’s amazing, after they learn those basics they can create anything.
