Dennis Whitehouse is new to the Children's Fine Art Classes program, but has a wealth of knowledge and teaching experience. Having taught at the University of Louisville for 12 years, Dennis was prepared to work with our talented high school CFAC students. He is currently the head of the art department at Ballard High School. Dennis teaches multiple mediums to his students, including acrylic and charcoal but uses mainly oil paints for his personal work. Dennis specializes in figure painting and has been a recipient of the Al Smith Fellowship through the Kentucky Arts Council. Dennis currently teaches the CFAC Advanced Painting class and other High School CFAC classes.
