Wilma J. Bethel has been with the Children's Fine Art Classes program for over 25 years, teaching a class at her home school, Crosby Middle School, as well as a class at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church. She has an amazing ability to draw her student’s artistic talents to the forefront.
"A class like CFAC is so important because so many students are not exposed to the discipline and rigor of the studio environment. Yes, I teach the fundamentals of art, but what my students learn is how to think for themselves and be creative problem-solvers."
