The Louisville Visual Art Association hosts workshops for area artists on the business of art. Each session, led by local artist and marketing consultant Paula Cundiff, is designed to "AMP" up artists' marketing and promotion skills. Relevant for both emerging and established artists.

PAULA CUNDIFF: Art Marketing Coach and Instructor, Exhibition Curator, Fine Artist, Fine Craftsman and Author. 15 years of teaching and consulting experience. Paula has been consulting and teaching art marketing for over 15 years. She has recently released her first book, "The Art of Marketing Fine Art and Fine Craft." Paula knows first hand the frustrations of trying to make it as an artist and a craftsman. She was the founder and President of a fine artists co-op called "Arjedale." Later she decided to be a full-time fiber artist, marketing her work on the regional art fair circuit. Later, she was offered a job with Louisville Visual Art Association (LVAA) as their gallery manager, exhibition coordinator, and off-site curator for the next seven years. Currently, she is teaching with JCPS Adult Education program, the Art Director for the Chapel Gallery, owner of the Cundiff/Riska Gallery and is the Coordinator for LVAA's AMP! Her many experiences gives her great understanding about the needs of an artist and craftsman and the expectations of the art world.
