Shirley Kleppe

National Watercolorist

Born in Sedalia, Missouri, Shirley became a professional artist after graduating from the University of Central Missouri. She is a Signature Member of the Kentucky Watercolor Society, National Watercolor Society, Watercolor West, Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, Western Federation of Watercolor Societies, Western Colorado Watercolor Society, and the Arizona Watercolor Association. She has been published in ‘The Artist’s Magazine’ and ‘Watercolor Magic.’ She has exhibited her award watercolors coast to coast, winning Best of Show at the Kentucky Watercolor Society 18^th Annual National Exhibition.
