Open Doors Instructor
Terry graduated from University of Louisville in 2006 with a BFA in Sculpture with a focus in Fiber and Performance. She joined the Louisville Visual Art Association’s Open Doors program in the Fall of 2008 and has enjoyed helping students create masks which reveal, rather than conceal, their identities. She has facilitated projects with students at Meyzeek Middle School, the Louisville Youth Group and commonGround.
Terry also works with the Kentucky Foundation for Women on a pilot project which brings art to visiting families and children of the incarcerated in the lobby of Louisville Metro Corrections, and designs costumes and couture clothing for pets and their people.
