Marvin Dyer

Marvin Dyer is the owner and designer of Marvin Dyer Designs. His company specializes in custom residential and commercial designs offering events, gardens, outdoor living spaces, and also personal consultations.  Dyer’s 13 years of experience began with his degree from Sullivan University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. There, Dyer received an associate’s degree of applied science in interior design from the Interior Design Institute. A few of Dyer’s professional appointments include: Allen House Inc. Showroom Manager and Designer, Rick Jenkins + Co., Interior Design Institute Instructor, and Anabel’s Oriental Rugs Showroom Manager and Designer. Marvin Dyer served as a student member of the American Society of Interior Designers (A.S.I.D.), as a current Allied Member of the A.S.I.D., and as President of the Louisville Design Community of A.S.I.D. for two consecutive years, 2005-2007. He has had publications in the Courier Journal, Louisville Magazine, Voice Tribune, Today’s Woman, and also the Kentucky Homebuilders Association.
